Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product. If your product does have a defect, your product is covered under the terms of your product's warranty. If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any Kensington product, please contact Customer Support at 1-80. If you return product without an RMA number, your shipment will be refused and returned to you at your expense. To ensure proper credit, packages should be returned with clearly marked with the RMA number and packing slip placed in the shipment prior to returning to Kensington. If you choose not to use these services, you are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Kensington recommends that you use a carrier that offers tracking for all returns and that you insure your package and declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if shipment is lost or damaged in transit. All refunds will be refunded via the payment method the order was received. Orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Products may be returned for a full refund of the product purchase price plus applicable taxes within 30 days of receipt. I run Zoom on the external monitor, share the screen of the MacBook Pro with Zoom, and then run the Keynote presentation from the external monitor. My workaround (which is actually remarkably functional, although I wish I didn't have to do it), doesn't even require the new window-capable update in 10.1 Here's what I do: I have a large external monitor connected to my MacBook Pro. So how do I solve this last little problem? Easy! I log into my meeting with a second Zoom account from my iPad Mini, which I drape over the top of my external monitor using the nifty Apple cover for the iPad :-) So far so good, right? This is definitely a step in the right direction for Apple with Keynote, but.how do you display Presenter View while showing the presentation in a window for Zoom? Make sure to click the "Optimize Screen Share for Video Clip" if you have videos and animations in your Keynote 10.1 file, and then.I resize the window to remove all the black areas around my presentation.In Keynote's Play menu, select "Play Slideshow in Window.".While this does lose the transitions and animations, you can show your full presentation, bullet by bullet in the sequence you've set up.Ģ) With version 10.1 of Keynote, Apple has now made it possible to run Keynote presentations within Zoom! Hooray! This runs the presentation in all its glory, with every beautiful slide transition, animation, and video - you're showing the full Keynote experience within Zoom. Now I can show my entire presentation within Zoom by doing a share screen with the PDF. The easiest solution I've found is to export my Keynote to PDF and, when doing so, selecting the "builds" option. ![]() In the second solution below, you can run your Keynote presentation inside Zoom.ġ) If you have Keynote versions up through 10.0, you can't run Keynote in Zoom but you can show slides. I've found two solutions for Keynote presentations in Zoom - sounds like several folks have posted here about wanting to combine Keynote with Zoom.
